Funke Akindele Transforms Little "Taju" From a Street Boy To a Posh Kid (Photos)


Taju went viral when an hilarious video clip of him struggling to speak English emerged on the internet after which Funke Akindele volunteered to take the kid into her care and has proven to do a wonderful job with the kid already - transforming him within the space of few months - see new photos of Taju below: -
                  


A couple of months ago the video of TAJU a little boy from Ibadan, Oyo state went viral on instagram courtesy @aycomedian I reached out and told him that I would like to meet TAJU. @funmiawelewa brought him to me and I fell in love with his intelligence and vibrance. I thought about how TAJU would have better care alongside a secure future and the best thing to do was hand him over to his state government, so I reached out to Her excellency Mrs Florence Ajimobi the First Lady of Oyo state and founder , Access Basic Care Medical Foundation @accessbasiccare through my darling @abi_kd

I'm delighted to let you all know that this little boy is doing well under this foundation @accessbasiccare and I present to you the new Taju now called OPEYEMI. Thank you ma. May God bless you more @florenceajimobi

Thugs disrupt TraderMoni scheme in Ilorin

  H oodlums invaded the Mandate Market in Ilorin, Kwara State, today and scared away petty traders and TraderMoni agents, disrupting the disbursement of money to beneficiaries of the scheme. As early as 9am, the hoodlums, some of them wearing ‘PDP Atikulated T-shirts’, stormed the Mandate Market, insisting that the TraderMoni scheme could not be conducted, because the Senate President Bukola Saraki’s father donated the land to the state government to build the market. It was not clear whether they were sent by anyone or whether they were mere party zealots, working on their own. According to witnesses, including Bank of Industry (BOI) officials who were at the market to supervise the enumeration and disbursement of the N10,000 collateral free loans, the arrival of the mob at Mandate Market caused some uproar.
